NORFOLK — Two Massena women were charged following an investigation of a burglary that happened in January, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Mary C. Hipp, 34 and Judith A. Ellison, 25, were each charged with second-degree burglary, felony, officers said.
Deputies allege that on Jan. 18 the two women broke into a residence and took items that did not belong to them.
Hipp and Ellison were arraigned in court and released under the supervision of probation.
