MORRISTOWN -- Two Brier Hill women were ticketed Wednesday evening following a complaint of neighborhood trouble first reported to state police June 15.

Heidi K. Hansen, 38, was charged with having a dog at large without a collar/tag, violation of dog control procedures and a violation of public health laws, troopers said.

Additionally charged was Katrina R. Martin, 20, who was cited for disorderly conduct: obscene gestures/language and exposure of a person, Canton-based troopers said.

Both women were issued tickets returnable to court at a later date, officers said.
