OSWEGATCHIE — A report of a property-damage accident led to aggravated driving while intoxicated charges for a Heuvelton man on Saturday night, according to state police.
Corey J. Burwell, 30, was charged with aggravated DWI: No prior, drink gin alcohol in a motor vehicle, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speed imprudent, moving from a lane unsafelty and operator leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, officers said.
He was cited and released.
No injuries were reported.
