Troopers charge two from Ogdensburg, one from Gouverneur with first-offense DWI

Two drivers from Ogdensburg and one from Gouverneur have been charged by state police with first-offense driving while intoxicated.

Justin P. Hollis, 32, Ogdensburg, was charged with DWI and no/inadequate plate lamp after a traffic stop along Pickering Street in Ogdensburg. Hollis was issued appearance tickets at 2:02 a.m. Sunday. Troopers say their investigation continues.

Michael J. Murphy, 33, Ogdensburg was issued tickets for alleged first-offense DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway at 2:20 a.m. Sunday along New York Avenue in Ogdensburg.

Bradley S. harmer, 52, Gouverneur, was issued a ticket for alleged first-offense DWI. Troopers stopped him in Gouverneur at 8:13 p.m. Saturday.
