Troopers charge Syracuse woman in connection with Morristown identity theft case

OGDENSBURG -- State troopers reported that they arrested a Syracuse woman in connection with an identity theft case in Morristown.

Dianisha R. Trapps, 20, is charged with one misdeameanor count of second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

Troopers said they took her into custody at 2:35 p.m. Thursday at 410 Cedar St., Ogdensburg.

She is being held pending court action, police said.

Troopers said the case remains under investigation.
