MASSENA -- Three Massena residents have been charged with conspiracy after plotting to rob a generator and hedge trimmers from a home in the village.
Lynn G. Bormann IV, 27, and Andrew D. Dietze, 24, both of 20 Parker Ave. are charged with two counts each of second-degree burglary and fourth-degree conspiracy, felonies.
Bobbi Jo Larock, 38, of 20 Parker Ave. is charged with fourth-degree conspiracy and a misdemeanor count of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Massena court officials said the trio planned together to steal a $3,500 generator and hedge trimmers from an Alvern Avenue residence.
Bormann broke into the residence on Friday and committed the theft, according to court officials.
Additionally, Dietze is alleged to have “assisted in stealing $6 from the victim’s wallet and a Walmart card” on Nov. 19, court officials said.
The hedge trimmers were discovered in Larock’s laundry room at 20 Parker Ave., court officials said.
All three were charged on Saturday and arraigned in court by Massena Town Justice Gerald Sharlow.
Bormann and Dietze were remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton, in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond, according to Massena police.
Larock was remanded to the county jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond, police said.
