State police make harassment arrests in Oswegatchie, Morristown and Brasher

OSWEGATCHIE — An Ogdensburg woman was charged Friday with harassment stemming from a May 30 complaint first reported to state police.

Tara L. Lawton, 25, was charged with second-degree harassment at 8:55 p.m. on Elizabeth Street, officers said.

She was cited and released.

MORRISTOWN — An Ogdensburg man was charged with harassment Friday stemming from June 13 complaint first reported to state police.

Steve J. McManaman, 58, was charged with second-degree harassment at 3 p.m.

He was cited and released.

BRASHER — A Malone man was charged with harassment Saturday morning, according to state police.

Robbie L. Lane, 49, was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 2:50 a.m.

Police did not say where the incident or arrest took place.

Lane was cited and released.
