On Oct. 27, police ticketed Jason R. Boyea, 37, of North Bangor for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Dec. 5.

On Oct. 28, police ticketed Kanenteiostha Oakes, 35, of Hogansburg for fail to used designated lane, unlicensed operation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 28.

On Oct. 28, police ticketed Brian A. Jacobs, 30, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for fail to use designated lane, unlicensed operation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 28.

On Oct. 28, police ticketed Dawson L. Lazore, 19, of Akwesasne, N.Y. for failure to keep right. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 28.

On Nov. 28, police ticketed Sheila M. Adams, 41, of Akwesasne, Ontario for failure to obey a stop sign. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 4.

On Oct. 29, police ticketed Bailey D. Bohl, 19, of Potsdam for second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, felony. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $3,000 bail or $6,000 bond and was to have returned to court on Oct. 31.

On Oct. 29, police picked up Noah L. Mitchell, 35, of Hogansburg on a warrant. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was to have returned Nov. 14.

On Oct. 31, police ticketed Harrison M. Jacobs, 20, of Hogansburg for failure to obey a traffic control device. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 20.

On Oct. 31, police ticketed Danielle M. Lauzon, 36, of Massena for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 13.

On Oct. 31, police ticketed Thomas J. Sylvester, 39, of Akwesasne, Ontario for inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 27.

On Nov. 1, police ticketed Marvin Lafrance, 50, of Akwesasne, Quebec for inadequate head light and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Dec. 5.

On Nov. 2, police ticketed Kyle A. Lapage, 18, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 55-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 4.

On Nov. 5, police ticketed Shawna L. Sylvester, 30, of Rooseveltown for fail to keep right and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Nov. 28.

On Nov. 6, police ticketed Zachary P. Buntz, 29, of Constable for speeding (allegedly 57-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 4.

On Nov. 6, police ticketed Jillian H. Downs, 41, of Kanata, Ontario for speeding (allegedly 61-45 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 27.

On Nov. 6, police ticketed Oren J. Lazore, 26, of Hogansburg for speeding (allegedly 71-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Dec. 5.

On Nov. 6, police charged Joseph Belile, 33, of Massena with two misdemeanor counts of second-degree aggravated harassment. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Dec. 5.

On Nov. 7, police ticketed Julie A. Vanells, 25, of Potsdam for speeding (allegedly 51-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 4.

On Nov. 7, police charged Devin L. Harrington, 29, of Hogansburg for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and no interlock device. He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and was to have returned Nov. 14.

On Nov. 7, police charged Joseph M. Herne, 54, of Hogansburg for third-degree criminal trespass, misdemeanor. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Dec. 5.

On Nov. 7, police ticketed Justin M. Allison, 28, of Moira for unlawful possession of marijuana and inadequate headlights. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Dec. 5.
