CANTON -- Eric Dibben, PA-C, a family practitioner, has joined the medical staff of St. Lawrence Health System and is practicing at the Afterhours Walk-in Clinic at the E. J. Noble Professional Building, 80 East. Main St.

He can provide vaccinations and check-ups for school sports, as well as diagnostic tests, routine screenings, stitches for cuts, mole removal for biopsies, and intra-articular (into the spaces of joints) injections. He provides referrals to specialist care when needed.

Dibben received his master of science degree in physician assistant studies and a bachelor of health science, summa cum laude, from Daemen College in Amherst. He completed clinical rotations in all areas of medicine, including neurology, gynecology, psychiatry, and general and orthopedic surgery, in addition to family medicine.

Following completion of his degree, Dibben provided care in two family medicine practices in Western New York.

He stresses that the Afterhours Walk-in Clinic should not be used for breathing difficulties, chest pain, fractures, pregnancy-related bleeding, or burns. These are medical emergencies, and in these cases individuals should call 911.

For more information or to visit PA Dibben, individuals may visit Afterhours Monday, through Friday, from 4 to 9 p.m., or Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. or https://www.cphospital.org/afterhours-walk-clinic.
