FINE -- An 83 year-old-man and a 55-year-old woman were charged for growing marijuana Tuesday.
Harry J. Pelno, 83, and Leatta M. Pelno, of 1049 Sucker Lake Road, were charged with misdemeanor unlicensed marijuana grow.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Drug Task Force detectives said the Pelnos grew the pot in their home without a license.
Both were issued tickets and ordered to appear in Fine Town Court Oct. 23 at 6:30 p.m.
