POTSDAM – A Rensselaer Falls man was arrested for possession of 80 units of LSD with intent to sell following a traffic stop at 1:22 a.m. Thursday on Sandstone Drive, according to Potsdam police.
Ryan E. Kelly, 20, was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and improper right turn at an intersection, officers said.
Police said the approximate value of the LSD is $1,200.
Kelly was arraigned and released under the supervision of probation to return to court at a later date, officers said.
