POTSDAM — State police arrested Emily A. Livingston, 28, of Potsdam for second-degree criminal contempt: disobeying a court order on Sept. 9, at 3:27 a.m.

Troopers said the charge stems from their investigation of a domestic dispute report.

She was held pending further processing, said police.

Livingston had been charged by troopers with disorderly conduct earlier on Sept. 8 at 8:45 p.m. in connection with domestic dispute report. She was released on her own recognizance following the earlier charge.
