POTSDAM -- A Potsdam woman was arrested Sunday morning after Potsdam police received a report of a dog roaming streets alone growling at a person.
Tammy L. Garner, 56, was charged at 8:59 a.m. with having a dog at large at 8:59 a.m., officers said.
Police said there have been several reports of this dog running at large over the last week.
Animal Control was reportedly contacted and captured the dog and transported it to the Potsdam Humane Society.
Garner was identified as the person responsible for the dog and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Potsdam Village Court July 11, officers said.
