POTSDAM – A Potsdam resident was arrested for failing to properly care and provide water and food to two dogs and four cats stemming from an animal abuse report first received by Potsdam police on Feb. 19.
Casey A. Hall, 24, was reportedly charged with failure to provide sustenance for animals at 4:48 p.m. at the police station.
The animals were removed from the residence and turned over to the Potsdam Humane Society, officers said.
Hall will answer the charges in Potsdam Village Court at a later date.
