Potsdam police make aggravated DWI, unlicensed operation arrests on Saturday

POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged three motorists with driving infractions on Saturday. Those charged included:

• Morgan M. Harris, 24, Norwood, was charged at 2:08 a.m. with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to use a designated lane and inadequate plate lamps.

Her blood-alcohol content was .23 percent, officers said.

• William S. Yette, 21, Potsdam, was cited for inadequate plate lamps at 8:25 p.m. on Maple Street.

• Patrick E. Downes, 21, Ronkonkoma, was cited for unlicensed operation and failure to yield right of way to a pedestrian at 11:49 p.m. He allegedly only possess a driving permit.

All three subjects were cited and released.
