Potsdam police charge three for making unncessary noise

POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged a man with unnecessary noise following a complaint of loud music at a party on Pierrepont Avenue.

Jayquan J. Thomas, 21, Queens Village, was cited for the above charge at 2:41 a.m., officers said.

He was cited and released.

POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged a Brooklyn woman with unnecessary noise for loud music Sunday morning on Elm Street.

Evelyn A. Pena, 20, was cited for the above charge at 3:04 a.m. and was released on a ticket returnable to Potsdam court at a later date.

POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged a man with unnecessary noise on Bay Street after squealing his tires Sunday morning.

Abdulnazif Agoro, 24, Bronx, was cited for the above charge at 3:10 a.m., police said.

He was cited and released.
