POTSDAM -- A Potsdam man was arrested for drunk driving after he was observed allegedly driving a stolen vehicle on Sisson Street Monday night, according to village police.

Kenneth J. French, 46, was charged with driving while intoxicated, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle with the owner's consent and aggravated unlicensed operator first degree at 11:17 p.m., police said.
