Potsdam police make DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation arrests

POTSDAM -- Potsdam police said they charged several motorists with driving infractions on Wednesday. Those charged included:

• Ciara N. Gonyeau, 32, Potsdam, was charged at 2:01 a.m. on Market Street with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to stop before emerging from an alley and inadequate headlamps at 2:01 a.m., police said. Her blood-alcohol content (BAC) was .22 percent.

• Miguel A. Livelo, 18, Potsdam, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without insurance, unregistered motor vehicle visibility distorted (broken glass), uninspected motor vehicle and no distinct plate at 5:27 p.m. on Lower Pine Street.

• Jarrid G. Gardner, 20, was cited for non-transparent side windows on Elm Street at 9:51 p.m., police said.

All three subjects were cited and released.
