PARISHVILLE – A Parishville man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated early Sunday morning on the Old Potsdam-Parishville Road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Matthew C. Clouthier, 37, was charged with felony aggravated DWI, first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right, officers said.
He was reportedly charged with felony DWI because of a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation for driving while intoxicated while his license was revoked for a previous DWI charge, deputies said.
His blood-alcohol content was reportedly .19 percent.
He was issued appearance tickets returnable to Parishville court at a later date, officers said.
