PARISHVILLE -- A Parishville man was arrested for drunk driving Saturday after running off the road, striking a rock and rolling his vehicle.
Justin Todd was charged at 12:01 a.m. on the Old Potsdam-Parishville Road, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies.
Todd lost control of a 2004 Jeep due to slippery road conditions, leaving the right shoulder of the road. He struck a rock outcrop, rolling the vehicle onto its side, deputies said.
Todd had a blood alcohol content of .17 percent, more than double the .08 percent legal limit, according to deputies.
He was released with appearance tickets, said deputies.
Parishville Fire and Rescue also responded to the scene.
