FINE -- An Oswegatchie man was jailed on felony first-degree rape charges Sunday morning, according to Canton-based state police.
Chad E. Kerr, 38, was charged at 11:15 a.m. with first-degree rape: forcible compulsion, troopers said.
Officers said Kerr was jailed on $10,000 bail.
Police said their investigation is still ongoing.
