OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg Police charged an Ogdensburg woman with possessing crack cocaine and heroin at 12:52 a.m. Saturday.
Sarah L. Ashley, 38, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance third-degree, a felony, according to city police.
The Ogdensburg Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at 1223 Mechanic Street and found crack cocaine, heroin, and a quantity of U.S. Currency.
She was held in City lock up awaiting arraignment.
The Ogdensburg Police Department was assisted in the investigation by the Ogdensburg K-9 unit “Kodiak”, members of the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force, Gouverneur PD, and Homeland Security Investigations. The investigation is ongoing.
