• Report from Sunoco employee at 11:02 p.m. of a stray pit bull near the pumps on Canton Street. Dog gone upon arrival.

• Report at 10:39 p.m. of an alarm activation at Phoenix on the Bay, 1702 Ford St. Employee of site without proper ID. False alarm.

• Report from caller at 10:11 p.m. of hearing four loud bangs about 10 minutes ago on Proctor Avenue. Police reported seeing fireworks and spike to homeowner who will stop.

• Report at 8 p.m. of an animal bite complaint on Pickering Street.

• Police were flagged down at 6:32 p.m. for a complaint of juveniles throwing rocks at cars on Jay and Champlain streets. No sign of that activity upon arrival.

• Report at 5:17 p.m. of several juveniles riding bikes near Ogdensburg City Court and they fell through a hatchway and left on foot.

• Cassie N. Shannon was cited at 4:15 p.m. for second-degree harassment at 4:15 p.m. at Save-A-Lot, 701 Canton St.

• Amy L. Duprey was cited at 4:13 p.m. for second-degree harassment at Save-A-Lot, 701 Canton St.

• Caller reports at 11:07 a.m. that her black and brown border collie, 8 weeks old, may have been taken last night on Morris Street.

• Brent T. Mills was issued a subpoena at 9:49 a.m. on Franklin Street to grand jury on Nov. 15.

• George A. Tulip was issued a subpoena at 8:58 a.m. at 1 Chimney Point Dr. to grand jury on Nov. 15.

• Christopher D. Lewis was cited for unlawful possession of marijuana and inadequate head light on Paterson Street at 1:44 a.m.
