Ogdensburg police blotter, May 14

• Report at 11:40 p.m. from caller that a vehicle is parked behind him with its lights on on Paterson Street. Caller was afraid to enter his residence. Vehicle left while complainant with on the line.

• Report at 11:20 p.m. that a subject had eloped from SLPC Respite Home and was last spotted near Morning Star in Lisbon. Other law enforcement notified.

• Report at 7:22 p.m. that a subject left a boat and trailer parked in the street and it did not have plates. Incident report filed.

• Report at 4:58 p.m. of a dog locked in a vehicle with the windows up. Police said vehicle was pulling away when officers arrived.

• Report of panic alarm at City Hall at 4:43 p.m. False alarm.

• Report of someone drawing obscene pictures and writing obscene words on the street on Riverside Avenue at 10:05 a.m. Complaint on file only.
