• 11:33 p.m. - Report of a subject in a black coat and baseball hat yelling near the intersection of State and Washington streets. Police said situation was handled.

• 2:45 p.m. — Watertown Police Department served a subpoena to Samantha Barbarito to appear in court March 24 at 8:30 a.m.

• 8:25 p.m. - Report of a male slumped over wheel at Walmart, 300 Ford Street Ext. Police said subject is calling for a ride.

• 7:37 p.m. - Report of an unruly customer at Walmart, 300 Ford Street Ext. Police said parties sent on their way.

• 6:06 p.m. - Report of an oven fire at 533 Canton St. Ogdensburg Fire Department and rescue squad responded.

• 4:58 p.m. - Richard A. Pratt II was arrested on a warrant for assault on a police officer and for obstruction of governmental administration on Park Street.

• 2:32 p.m. - Report from subject that said they were attacked at Howie’s Tavern. Incident filed.

• 1:52 p.m. - Burglar alarm activation at City Hall. False alarm.

• 8:53 a.m. - Report of an unattended motor vehicle at the airport.

• 7:03 a.m. - Burglar alarm at St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union, 800 Commerce Park Dr. Alarm company canceled per key holder.

• 12:16 a.m.- Report from Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center officials of a subject at the emergency room who was seeking medical attention following an assault. Incident filed.

• 12:06 a.m. - Alina M. Thompson was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

• 12:10 a.m. - Amy L. Pike was arrested for petit larceny and arraigned by Judge Small.
