• 1:11 — Emily M. Edwards was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate head lamp on Knox Street.

• 23:08 — Dylan L. Keith was cited for second-degree harassment on Patterson Street.

• 23:01 — Dylan L. Keith was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief on Patterson Street following the complaint of a male subject trashing a residence.

• 22:57 — Alarm activation at NBT Bank, Ford Street Extension. Key holder stated they were having problems.

• 20:55 — Report of malnourished dog on Morris Street.

• 14:55 — Report of male on blue jeans and white t-shirt going door-to-door attempting to do yard work. Police checked the area with negative results.

• 13:57 — Report from subject who had fraudulent charges on her bank account. Incident filed. Subject issued identity theft packet.

• 13:45 — Karissa J. King was picked up on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a first-degree criminal contempt charge. She was ordered held on $1,500

• 13:37 — Police chased a subject on foot and later arrested Casey J. Spiak on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a first-degree criminal contempt charge. He was held on $1,500 bail.

• 13:13 — Police investigated a property-damage accident on Canton Street. Cody E. Porter was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

• 10:30 — Police responded to the Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club on Patterson Street to retrieve a hypodermic syringe.

• 9:51 — Ryan Joanette was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to comply with court ordered program. He was ordered held on $5,000 bail. Joanette posted bail and was released on an appearance ticket.

• 9:37 — Fire alarm at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. False alarm.

• 9:14 — Report from subject who ossibly found drugs at Ogdensburg library, Washington Street.

• 5:02 — Report of female subject pacing in front of Franklin Street residence and a male subject hiding in the bushes across the street. Police said the subject stated they were there to buy cigarettes from a subject.

• 1:48 — Report of subject who had overdosed at intersection of Knox and Hamilton streets. Incident filed.
