• Derek David was cited for inadequate head light on State Street at 11:35 p.m.

• Matthew Bresett was cited for no tail lights on Lafayette Street at 9 p.m.

• Miranda Fleming was cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone (41 mph in a 30 mph zone_ on Proctor Avenue.

• Report of possible meth lab near the Old City Well. Not a meth lab, just trash.

• Report of a shoplifter at Walmart on Ford Street Extension at 4:33 p.m. Incident report filed and paperwork for court.

• Report of a shoplifting incident that took place at Walmart on Ford Street Extension Road on June 30. Incident report filed.

• Report of a garbage truck parked next to Dixie Lee Chicken on State Street at 4:20 p.m. that smells so bad it is affecting business. Police spoke with owners of property next door who reported the tenants who moved out recently left six months worth of garbage that is being hauled out today.

• Report from person who found hypodermic needle near intersection of Arnold and Morris Street at 3:05 p.m.

• Commercial burglar alarm at St. Lawrence Federal Credit Union on State Street at 12:36 p.m. False alarm.

• Report on Oak Street that neighbors had a fire last night and it was still smoldering and the smoke was going into their house. Police spoke to party who will put the fire out.

• Jesse J. Beyette cited for inadequate plate lamp on Ford Street at 3 a.m.

• Katie M. Ellard was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Ford and Park streets at 12:17 a.m.
