Ogdensburg police blotter, Jan. 10

• Caller reported at 10:19 p.m. that a male had entered a woman’s SRO through the window at ANR on Ford Street. Police unable to make contact with occupants.

• Caller reported at 8:59 p.m. that there may be a water main break near State and Jay streets. DPW notified.

• Complainant report his dog is missing at 4:49 p.m. on Paterson Street and believes it may have been stolen. Incident report filed.

• Eva Wood was cited at 11:25 a.m. for speed not reasonable following a property-damage accident at the intersection of Morris and South streets.

• David M. Grant was arrested for aggravated family offense second-degree criminal contempt and unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:57 a.m. on Irvin Street. He was ordered held on $3,000 bail.
