Ogdensburg police blotter, Feb. 17

• Report of a female telling on Greene Street. Police said occupant told officers that her power was shut off yesterday by an unknown female. Police contacted National Grid and was told the power would not be turned on until Tuesday. Woman advised to contact police if cold weather becomes too bad.

• Report of a female without housing walking to Massena from Aldi’s, Park Street. Police located the female and provided her a courtesy transport to the police station to wait for a volunteer driver.

• Report from motorist who lost a license plate near Park Street.

• Report of a 26-year old male unconscious on Jersey Avenue. Police advised subject had overdosed. Subject refused transport to hospital and signed off on paperwork. Incident to be filed by police.

• Request to the fire department for an unknown reason. Police spoke with complainant who had put out a cigarette and thought it might start a fire. No issues reported.

• John H. Gagnon IV was charged with failure to appear in court and was held pending arraignment. He was released on his own recognizance by Judge Small.

• Report of a man who had ran into a vehicle on Lafayette Street. Advised male subject had fallen and walked away.
