MACOMB -- An Ogdensburg man was jailed Tuesday on $10,000 bail after he allegedly violated an order of protection, attacked another person and damaged a door during a domestic dispute with a child present, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said.
Robert A. Middlemiss, 24, was charged with felony criminal contempt, aggravated family offense, criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault, five counts of endangering the welfare of a child less than 17, fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of harassment.
Deputies said the incident occurred in Macomb.
Middlemiss was sent to jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
