OSWEGATCHIE – An Ogdensburg man is facing numerous charges after allegedly fleeing state police early this morning.

Brandon R. Wells, 21, Ogdensburg, was arrested for fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, felony criminal mischief second degree, reckless endangerment second degree and driving while ability impaired by alcohol.

He was cited at 2:23 a.m. at 5957 NYS Hwy. 37, police said.
