Ogdensburg City Police Blotter Aug. 8-10

Joseph M. Bateman, 31, of 419 Mansion Avenue, was charged at 1:33 a.m. Sunday with failure to appear in court. City police say he was held in lock up and later released on an appearance ticket.

Andrew W. Mason Jr., 39, of 670 Sand St., Brier Hill, was charged at 4:19 p.m. Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. City police say he was released on an appearance ticket.

John L. Larue, 23, of 119 Skinnerville Road, Winthrop was charged at 8:18 p.m. with two counts of petit larceny, according to city police. Larue was released on an appearance ticket.

Kurt M. Bjork, 26, of 221 Belmont Courts, was charged at 7:43 p.m. Friday on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear for an original charge of disorderly conduct. Bjork was held for agreement and later released.

Dustin S. Bennett, 27, of 435 Belmont Courts, was charged with shoplifting at 4:19 p.m. Friday. Police say Bennett was accused stealing from Ogdensburg Walmart. He was charged with petit larceny and released.

Melissa Larose, 30, of 1513 Ford Street Apt. A, was charged with shoplifting at 4:14 p.m. Friday. Police say Larose was accused stealing from Ogdensburg Walmart. She was charged with petit larceny and released.

Shania Dobbs, 23, of 808 New York Avenue, was charged with shoplifting at 3:13 p.m. Friday. Police say Larose was accused stealing from Ogdensburg Walmart. She was charged with petit larceny and released.
