NORFOLK -- A Potsdam man was charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument Wednesday, while a Norfolk man was charged with fleeing the police and several motor vehicle related offenses.
Jordan G. Thomas, 23, was charged with possessing the hypodermic at 1:15 p.m. on Cook Road, state police said.
Thomas was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
Stephen S. Grant, 27, was charged with fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, no license, aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to stop at a stop sign, speeding, and reckless driving, according to police.
Police executed a bench warrant for Grant, according to state police.
Grant’s status was listed as held by state police.
