Norfolk man charged for allegedly sending obscene image in message to 17-year-old girl

NORFOLK – A Norfolk man who allegedly sent an obscene message to a 17-year-old female in November has been arrested by state police.

Police say the text message had an obscene picture attached.

State police charged Chad S. Mossow, 37, 270 Marsh Road, Norfolk, with second-degree aggravated harassment intending to communicate alarm and third-degree obscenity: obscene material Tuesday stemming from an incident first reported Dec. 30.

He was issued appearance tickets for Town of Norfolk Court on Jan. 12 at 6:30 p.m.
