Norfolk and Hammond residents charged with drug possession

MADRID — A Hammond woman was charged with drug possession on CR 14 Tuesday afternoon, according to state police.

Georgina A. Rybitski, 51, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, controlled substance in non-original container, failure to keep right, driving without a license and a license plate violation, officers said.

She was cited and released.

STOCKHOLM — A Norfolk woman was charged with drug possession on CR 48 Tuesday afternoon, according to state police.

Amanda L. Stone, 27, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 1:40 p.m., police said

She was cited and released.
