LOUISVILLE -- A Massena teen was charged Tuesday following a burglary complaint first reported to state police Oct. 30.
Anthony T. Brewer, 16, was charged at 4:15 p.m. at the police station, 29 Stearns St., with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, troopers said.
Troopers said Brewer stole a 50 cc ATV from an out-building at 263 County Route 43 on Oct. 30.
During the theft of the ATV, Brewer reportedly damage a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250R by knocking it over causing significant scratching to the paint and breaking the right signal light, officers said.
Brewer is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Louisville Court Nov. 19 at 5:30 p.m., police said.
