Massena resident jailed on charges of contempt, resisting arrest, harassment, needle possession

MASSENA -- Village police say they charged Kinsley M. Robert, 26, street address not available, Massena with second-degree criminal contempt, resisting arrest, second-degree harassment and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument at 3:17 p.m. Tuesday.

Robert was arraigned by Massena Justice Eric Gustafson and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond, police said.
