POTSDAM — A Massena resident was charged with driving while intoxicated Monday morning after crashing on State Highway 56, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Armen J. Serabian, no age listed, was charged with first-offense DWI, speed not reasonable or prudent and unregistered motor vehicle, officers said.
The arrest came following a report of a vehicle that had driven off the roadway, deputies said.
Serabian’s blood-alcohol content (BAC) was reportedly 12%.
He was cited and released.
