Massena man who allegedly fled state police charged with reckless driving, other counts

LOUISVILLE — State police are still investigating a reckless driving incident on July 20 at 4:38 p.m., but a Massena man has been charged with multiple counts so far, including fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle.

Zachery M. Donnelly, 19, of Massena, was charged at 157 E. Orvis St. with second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, traffic device violation: red light, illegal signal: less than 100 feet, failure to stop at a stop sign, speeding on a restricted highway and reckless driving.

Donnelly was ticketed and is scheduled to appear in town court at a later date.
