Massena man jailed on $10,000 bail following arrest for obstruction of breathing, harassment, criminal mischief

MASSENA -- Francesco A. Marino, 38, of 5 King Street, was arrested by Massena Village Police and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 11:46 a.m. Sunday on Malby Avenue.

He was arraigned in Massena Village Court before Justice Gerald Sharlow and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility, Canton in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond, police said.
