PIERCEFIELD – A Queens man was arrested in Tupper Lake after state police said he sent sexually graphic photos to a victim in Piercefield in Southern St. Lawrence County
Troopers arrested Dereck Sumair, 27, on May 21, following an investigation of Sumair sending the photos to the victim via social media in December 2017.
Sumair was located in Tupper Lake, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree obscenity.
Sumair was arraigned at the Piercefield town court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
