POTSDAM -- A Raymondville man was charged Saturday after he allegedly shattered the rear window of a vehicle with his forehead.
Jordan Mark Buffham, 21, of Raymondville was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.
Potsdam Police say an instigation found that Buffham intentionally struck the rear windshield of the victim’s vehicle with his forehead causing the windshield to shatter.
An arrest warrant was obtained by police and Buffham turned himself in at the station. He was arraigned in Potsdam Town Court and released under the supervision of probation to return at a later date.
