OGDENSBURG — State police said they charged a man for possessing prison contraband and criminal weapons possession on Tuesday.
Brandon S. Hilts, 23, Edmeston, was charged at 8:45 a.m. with first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband, felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.
The incident was first reported to state police Oct. 29.
His status was listed as held.
