Man charged after yelling obscenities in front of Potsdam business

POTSDAM — A Webster man was charged after allegedly yelling obscenities multiple times in front of a local business on Market street Sunday morning, according to Potsdam police.

Eugene W. Carvin, 22, was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:13 a.m., officers said.

He was cited and released.
