LISBON — Two Lisbon residents were charged with animal cruelty on Tracy Road Jan. 4, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
John C. Trombley Jr., 33, and Misty M. Hally, 34, were charged with animal cruelty for failure to provide proper sustenance to a dog, officers said.
St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies seized a dog that was malnourished with the help of the Lisbon dog control officer.
Both subjects were issued appearance tickets and released to appear in court at a later date.
