LISBON – A Heuvelton woman was charged with misdemeanor counts of second-degree reckless endangerment and reckless driving along with 10 lesser charges at 9:30 p.m. Friday night.
Carissa H. Steele, 40, was also charged with disorderly conduct, no license, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, following too close, driving on shoulders, failure to use prudent speed, U-turn on a grade or curve, unsafe movement of stopped motor vehicle, and failing to stop at a stop sign.
State police say their investigation is pending.
They reported her status as “cash bail.”
