PIERREPONT -- A Pierrepont man was injured in a house fire fire that also claimed two vehicles and a dog.
Parishville, Hannawa Falls, Colton and Potsdam firefighters responded to a 93. Butternut Ridge Road home, owned Alan Gollinger at 1:07 a.m. Monday morning.
Gollinger allegedly received minor burns during and was treated at the scene. Fire fighters said he declined transportation to the hospital.
A second occupant, Angela Ortiz, was not injured.
The home was was destroyed along with two vehicles. A dog was also lost in the fire.
St. Lawrence County fire investigators are still trying to determine a cause.
The home was not insured.
Firefighters returned to the service at 3:11 a.m.
Potsdam Rescue Squad was also called to the scene.
