MASSENA -- A Quebec woman was allegedly caught at the border station with hallucinogenic drugs and was arrested.
Rachel LaGace, 45, Montreal North, was charged by state police with a felony count, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: hallucinogenic substance, at 5:45 p.m. Thursday.
Her status was reported as "held."
