Tyler S. Bates, 26, Gouverneur
Arrested @ 12:38 PM on Co. Rt. 11 and charged with harassment 2nd following investigation of a September 9th, 2017 incident at the Serendipity Bar, William St. Subject is alleged to have punched the victim in the face upon being asked to leave the premises. Subject was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.
Michelle C. Little, 23, Gouverneur
Arrested @ 5:08 PM on E. Main St. and charged with harassment 2nd and disorderly conduct following investigation of an incident at Express Farms. Subject is alleged to have engaged in fighting and violent behavior in the parking lot by throwing food at the victim and striking the victim in the head. Subject issued appearance tickets returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.
Heather L. Hayes, Gouverneur
Arrested @ 10:52 PM on Rock Island St. and charged with DWI, operating MV with .08% or more BAC, inadequate headlamp and operating with suspended registration. Subject issued summonses and released to a third party.
Sunday, September 17
Tyler R. Farmer, Oswegatchie
Arrested @ 5:29 PM at 266 Oswegatchie Trail Rd., Oswegatchie and charged with grand larceny 3rd and criminal mischief 2nd following investigation of a June 16, 2017 report of a stolen trailer by its owner. Defendant was found to have stolen the 16’trailer valued at approximately $7,000 and made several alterations causing $1,500.00 in damage. Defendant was arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Stan Young and was released under probation supervision.
Monday, September 18
Alexander R. Marcin, 22, Gouverneur
Arrested @ 7:40 PM on E. Main St. and charged with DWI and aggravated DWI-BAC .18% or higher following investigation of several drunken driver reports. Defendant arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Stan Young and ordered held at the SLCCF in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.

Kristi L. Mason, 39, Gouverneur
Charged @ 10:52 AM for inadequate stop lamps, failure to notify DMV of change of address and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd on Rock Island St. Subject was issued traffic summonses returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.
Wednesday, September 20th, 2017
Jane Doe, 43, Fine
Mental health arrest @ 9:10 AM following the issuance of a mental health pick up order. Subject was transported to Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center for evaluation.
Thursday, September 21
Melissa S. Rider, 28, Gouverneur
Arrested @ 10:20 PM at 311 W. Main St. and charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine 3rd degree and three counts endangering the welfare of a child. Police were summoned to do location for a welfare check on behalf of SLC Child Protective Services and based upon that investigation and subsequent search warrant it was determined that Rider was in possession of several precursors for manufacturing methamphetamine with intent that those precursors are to be used for manufacturing of methamphetamine. She also possessed these items while three children under the age of 17 were in the residence. Rider was arraigned at the Gouverneur Town Court before Justice Travis Dann and remanded to the SLCCF in lieu of $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 bond. Gouverneur Police were assisted on scene by the St. Law. Co. Drug Task Force, New York State Police, NYSP Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team.
