Friday, April 8
Bradley A. Brooks, 30, Gouverneur
Arrested at 10:53 p.m. at 140 Prospect St. as he was wanted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Pamelia where he failed to answer the charge of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. He was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Monday, April 10
Craig M. Murdie, 25, Gouverneur
Arrested at 11:10 a.m. at the Gouverneur Police Department and charged with second-degree burglary. He is accused of unlawfully entering a 90 West Main Street apartment and stealing jewelry and other valuable items from the owner. The burglary is alleged to have occurred on March 13 Murdie was arraigned at Gouverneur court before Justice Travis Dann ands ordered held at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility. Murdie is also a parolee on release under supervision of NYS Division of Parole.
Wednesday, April 12
Christina L. Fifield, 30, Gouverneur
Charged at 3:52 p.m. at the Gouverneur Police Department with endangering the welfare of child. Fifiled is alleged to have left her five-year old son unsupervised while she was asleep which allowed him to exit the house in his pajamas, enter an unlocked Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck that was parked in the driveway with the key left in the ignition. The child was able to turn on the windshield wipers and turn signal while he awaited his school bus. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.
Dustin L. Campbell, 28, Gouverneur
Arrested at 9 p.m. at 211 Spencer St. on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant alleging he violated the terms of his probation. Campbell was transported to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility to await arraignment before St. Lawrence County court.
Thursday, April 13
John Doe, 53, Gouverneur
Mental health arrest at 12:40 a.m. as result of a mental health pickup order. The subject was transported to Claxton Hepburn Medical Center for evaluation.
Lyndon J. Fuller, 26, Gouverneur
Charged at 8:46 a.m. with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile device on East Main Street. Fuller was issued a traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.
